Shipping is calculated based on your order total in PKR:
Orders up to PKR 3,999: A flat rate of PKR 200 applies.
Orders over PKR 3,999: Shipping is complimentary (FREE).
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, domestic Standard Shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

We recommend consulting our dedicated Sizing Chart, available on every product page. All LUUMPK pieces are designed with an architectural, modern fit, which may differ from standard sizing.
Many of our core pieces, such as our puffer jackets and track sets, are labeled as Unisex and cut for a versatile, relaxed fit. Our Core Fleece line has specific Men's and Women's fits; please check the product title for clarification.
Yes. For all domestic orders within Pakistan, the listed price includes the current 4% General Sales Tax (GST). This total is itemized clearly at checkout.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
LUUMPK operates on an exchange-only policy. We do not process refunds. We encourage you to review our comprehensive Sizing and Exchange Policy for full details.
We accept exchanges for sizing or color within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

PRODUCT CARE
To maintain the structure and quality of your uniform, we recommend washing all pieces in cold water, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Air-dry or tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Always refer to the specific care label inside your garment.
